Ok so i'm on this sailing trip in BVIs and I have this awful pain in my side and stomach. Freaking out a bit as i'm nowhere near anywhere, and wasn't sure what it was. Could it be my appendix? Luckily I have a Jetset, and between the telemed consultation (which put me at ease that it wasn't my appendix but rather a kidney stone) and meds in the kit: pain meds, anti-nausea and some other things, it got me through both mentally and physically. And now I am pain-free and have a new sailing parter. Pictured here.

This is a great idea and a great product! Totally one of those things that is better to have and not need, then need it and not have it! Traveling internationally without it seems so foolish in hindsight. Even on our trip to Quebec I needed the prescription steroid cream and it was so convenient to have it at my fingertips.
